As you discern what is the right path to justice and peace, we ask you to listen to the voices of the Palestinians who live under the israeli military occupation. In 2009, Palestinian Christians called for “A moment of truth: a word of faith, hope, and love, from the heart of Palestinian suffering.”. The document, called Kairos Palestine says in part: “We condemn all forms of racism, whether religious or ethnic, including anti-Semitism and Islamophobia, and we call on you to condemn it and oppose it in all its manifestations. At the same time we call on you to say a word of truth and to take a position of truth with regard to Israel’s occupation of Palestinian land. …we see boycott and disinvestment as tools of non violence for justice, peace and security for all.”
Listen to the testimonies of the Palestinians in Jerusalem who are at risk of being expelled from the city because of Israeli policies of segregation, enforced by Hewlett-Packard’s ID system.
